INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups green lentils
  • 2 cups creamer potatoes
  • 3 carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp FlavorGod Lemon and Garlic seasoning
  • 1 tbsp FlavorGod Everything seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Rinse the green lentils
  2. 2 Halve the creamer potatoes
  3. 3 Peel and chop the carrots
  4. 4 Chop the onion and garlic
  5. 5 Add all the ingredients to your slow cooker and mix well
  6. 6 Cook on high for 4-5 hours
  7. 7 Serve with rice or quinoa
