  • 2 portobello caps sliced 1/4 in thick
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Flavor God Everything But The Salt seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Red onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers chopped
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Arugula
  • 3 pitas]

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Trim your portobello caps into thin slices
  2. 2 In a bowl, mix minced garlic, tamari sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Flavor God Everything But The Salt seasoning, and olive oil to make a marinade
  3. 3 Add the sliced portobello caps to the marinade, coat well and set aside for 30 minutes
  4. 4 In a medium sauté pan, add your marinated mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender
  5. 5 Warm your pitas in the oven or microwave
  6. 6 Fill each pita with sautéed portobello mushrooms, sliced red onions, chopped cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, arugula, and a dollop of tzatziki
