  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (any flavor)
  • 1 Scoop Bio Repair (Peanut Butter flavor)
  • 2 Tablespoons Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Banana, Sliced
  • ¼ Cup Crushed Walnuts
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon FlavorGod Chocolate Donut Topper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 In a microwave-safe bowl, combine oats and half a cup of water.
  2. 2 Microwave for 45 seconds to partially cook the oats.
  3. 3 In a jar or blender, mix together the protein powder, Bio Repair, dark cocoa powder, banana slices, and ¾ cup of water until smooth.
  4. 4 Pour the blended mixture into the partially cooked oats and stir to combine thoroughly.
  5. 5 Microwave the oats for an additional minute to fully cook them.
