INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 Cups Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon Stevia Brown Sugar (or Regular Brown Sugar)
  • 2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Dave's Killer Bread Hamburger Buns
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • Coleslaw Mix (Dry)
  • 2 Tablespoon Light Mayo
  • 1 Teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Garlic... mmmm.... I truly love garlic, so you can understand what inspired me to create this fan favorite. With garlic being the headliner, it happily shares the spotlight with other completing flavors such as: Onion, basil, thyme and parsley. Always ground fresh and with a low amount of sea salt, Garlic Lovers will be your friend for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 In a mixing bowl, combine chicken stock, chicken breast, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and paprika. Ensure chicken breasts are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  2. 2 In another bowl, mix together sugar-free BBQ sauce, brown sugar (stevia or regular), and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  3. 3 Transfer the seasoned chicken breasts into an instant pot and pour the prepared BBQ sauce mixture over them.
  4. 4 Seal the instant pot and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Once done, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
  5. 5 Carefully remove the chicken breasts from the instant pot and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken back into the pot with the remaining sauce and stir well to coat evenly. Set aside.
  6. 6 While the chicken marinates, prepare the coleslaw. In a separate bowl, combine the dry coleslaw mix with light mayo, rice vinegar, salt, pepper, and FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning. Toss until the coleslaw mix is well coated. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
  7. 7 To assemble the sandwiches, lightly toast the Dave's Killer Bread Hamburger Buns. Spoon a generous amount of the BBQ pulled chicken onto the bottom half of each bun.
  8. 8 Top the chicken with a portion of the prepared coleslaw mix. Add extra hot sauce or barbecue sauce if desired.
  9. 9 Place the top half of the bun over the coleslaw and gently press down to secure the sandwich.
  10. 10 Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich!
